| With a warm front streched across Kansas intersecting the dryline at a low near Dodge City my initial target was to get to Woodward, OK. and hope for something east of the dryline. After arriving in Woodward things seemed bleak with only high based cu. Then I noticed healthier TCU to my distant NW and the chase was on. These exploded into 2 supercells north and northeast of Dodge City, KS. I was able to capture these as I drove north towards Jetmore, KS. then east.

| As I got south of the western storm a RFD clear slot and wall cloud developed. I set up and filmed this for a while. Then a tornado warning was issued for a reported tornado on the ground south of Rush Center. I moved east to get in better position.

| While driving east I noticed a grey funnel almost to the ground and grabbed the camecorder. I was unable to confirm it touching down. This storm went on to produce an F4 tornado in Hoisington, KS after dark.
